EyeColorIDENTIFIERTry It Free

Privacy Policy

Eye Color Identifier(“we”, “our”) is a free AI eye color identifier. We're committed to keeping your photos and data private.

Photos you scan

When you take or upload a photo to identify your eye color, the photo is sent to our server and forwarded to a vision AI provider for a one-time analysis. We do not store your photo after the analysis completes. The provider processes the request without retaining the image (zero data retention via the AI Gateway).

The result of the analysis (color family, rgb, shade name, breakdown, rarity, etc.) is stored in your browser's localStorage on your own device so you can revisit it from the History tab. We do not upload your scan history to a server.

Account information

Sign-in is required before scanning so the API can verify the request. We use Firebase Authentication with Google as the identity provider. We receive your Google account's display name, email address, and avatar URL. We do not request access to your contacts, drive, or any other Google data.

What we do not do

Cookies and analytics

We use minimal first-party cookies required for sign-in (Firebase Auth) and standard server-side request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for operational diagnostics and abuse prevention. We may use privacy-friendly web analytics that do not use cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

Eye Color Identifier is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has used the service to upload a photo, contact us and we will help with deletion.

Your choices

You can clear your scan history at any time from the History tab (“Edit” → “Delete”) — this also clears the data from localStorage. You can sign out from the Profile tab. To delete your account, sign out and contact us; we will delete the associated Firebase auth record.
